Looking out for our youth

Camp Earl is run by an experienced group of young adults from the local Earlwood area. Every single team member has formal Safe Ministry Training and a current working with children check number.

The team is lead by our Assitant Minister Rev. James Delanty.

Physical Wellbeing

Our leaders take all reasonable steps to ensure all campers wear appropriate clothing and sun protection for activities.  Each activity is supervised by our leaders and measures are taken to ensure their safety. In the event of an injury, we have a designated First Aid Officer.

Camp Earl is drug and alcohol free.

Emotional Well Being

With one leader for every four campers, we will look after the youth throughout the week.
We aim to encourage campers and build up their confidence and so we do not tolerate any type of bullying or anti-social behaviour.

Spiritual Well Being

Camp Earl encourages the development of youth’s body, mind and spirit.

Each day, interactive Bible talks and small group discussions with young adult Christian leaders help your child to explore faith and investigate the claims of the Bible.

Conduct

Camp Earl is about building community in a safe positive environment.
To ensure this positive environment, we ask that youth dress in modest attire, use appropriate language, and have a polite and courteous attitude towards their leaders and site staff.
Smoking, Alcohol or non-prescription drugs are not permitted under any circumstances.
We do not expect any disciplinary issues.  However, should these expectations be breached, leaders reserve the right to ask participants to leave the camp.
